Who handles information

The data controller is LocalAnyDay (operated by ILF Studio). Contact: [email protected]. A postal address for formal notices is provided on written request to the same address.

The calculator

The calculator runs in your browser. The figures you enter are written into the page address so you can bookmark or share a result. They are not sent to us.

Anyone you send a result link to can see those figures. Load names are free text, so leave out anything personal.

Page view counts

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see roughly where visitors come from. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not build a profile of you. It records the page address, the referring site, the browser type, the country and how quickly the page loaded. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are used.

Google Analytics, only with your consent

If you choose Accept all in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 measures how pages and the calculator are used and sets analytics cookies on this subdomain. Until then, the Google tag file loads with measurement switched off and sets no cookies. Advertising features are off.

Calculator figures are removed from the page address before it is sent to Google, so Google does not receive your loads or battery details. When an interest form is sent, Google receives only that a form was sent and which product it was for, never your email or message.

Google LLC processes this data and may transfer it to the USA. Lawful basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. The cookies page lists the details.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (data centres in Germany, EU) and may be routed through Cloudflare. Like any web server, they process your IP address, browser details and the requested address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Interest requests

If you ask to hear about the Planning Kit or the Personalised Report, the form sends your email address, the product you chose, your camper type, and optionally a question and a calculator result link. Our request system also stores the IP address and browser details sent with the form, to detect spam and abuse.

We use this to email you when the product you chose becomes available, to answer your question and to judge whether there is enough demand to finish the product. You are not signed up to a newsletter.

Lawful basis: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.

Where requests go

Requests are stored in our own request database on a Hetzner server. A notification with the request details is sent to the team through Telegram.

Requests are not sent to AI services and no automated decision is made about you. If that changes, this page will change first.

Retention

Interest requests are deleted 12 months after our last message to you, or sooner when you withdraw consent, unless we must keep something to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Email us with the address you used.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK or the data protection authority where you live.
